In Hong Kong, every day about 3,000 tonnes of food waste are sent to landfills while most of them are still consumable. However, in the community, there are over a million elderly people and grassroots who are deprived of food.  

We hope that through public promotion, not only can we develop a leftover food sharing network, but also rescue food and help those in need.   

We encourage everyone in the community, no matter whether they are restaurants, merchants or individuals, to rescue food with us and donate edible and unexpired food. We will assort and select the collected leftovers and distribute them to those in need, reducing food waste as well as spreading love to every household.
